Don't let it! Change up your workout time, place and movements. Hit the pool, the trail, the garage, the open road- just get some CHANGE in to initiate change in the body.

You know those days where you are just running behind and don't have time to drive to the gym? Had one of those this morning but there is ALWAYS a way to get movement and exercise in!
I went to our TINY neighborhood gym with limited equip and was still able to get a killer, heart pumping workout in by using what I had.

Another round of back-friendly lower-body workouts for your sweating pleasure.
ALWAYS start each workout with some dynamic stretching like military kicks, walking ham stretches, etc.
Remember NEVER compromise form for heavier weights. Go slower, hold core and glutes tight and remain upright.
And as always- HAVE FUN! Why workout if it isn't a freaking good time?
